| My mother had some serious problems with her bank. Now she has to face them and to try to bring a solution that will suite both sides. The problem is that he is not feeling very well, and I do not want to risk her her health. That is why I have decide to represent her in a bank issue. Can I represent my mum? |

| I think that you can represent her without any trouble. But if this problem with your bank is serious perhaps you should consider hiring an lawyer. That way you and your mother will have best help. I would advise you to hire an lawyer, or a financial adviser. It is always smart move to consult with a professional about your problems. |
