| I have just received this ebay item and I had been really looking forward to receiving it, but now I am really very disappointed. The item does not look anything like what I had ordered, and it now turns out to be a used version of the new one I saw on the picture. Can I return the item and get my money back now? |

| You should be able to, yes. The seller is supposed to describe the item accurately and if they put up pictures then they should be the true pictures of the real item. If this is not the case, then you should first ask the seller to return you the money himself. If he refuses to do this, then you can file a complaint with ebay. |
