| Currently I am a director in one great firm and I am considering retirement. I guess that it is my time to retire, since I am not as healthy as I used to be before, and I am a man in ages. But I have son who is willing to inherit my position, so to say, he showed a great interest in what I was doing for my entire life. Can I transfer directorship to my son? |

| The most normal thing to assume is that it depends on the owner of your firm, so you need to go straight to that person and ask about your son. Though, it really makes no sense for a young person who had never been on the position of any kind, nor he was working with you, to inherit such an important place in a company. |
