| I have recently been thinking about getting a loan. It seems to me that the best way to buy a house is such a solution. However, I would like to know can I transfer my business loan to someone else. Such an information could help me a lot, so if anyone could tell me, I would be grateful. |

| Taking a loan is great, as it is one very flexible type of loan and the calculations related to it are relatively easy. It is very common for buying domestic properties, too. In any case, loans represent risk for both you and the lender whose money is on the line. If you have a good credit history you will be considered less as a liability, but with a bad history it is harder. Transferring your own loan will make them responsible for your debt. You can do it by speaking to your bank and officially designating them to take care of it instead of you. |
