| Finally we’ve got some resources to build, after several months of doing practically nothing. These flats are now finished and ready for sale, but I am not getting enough attractive offers. The best offer is simply not covering expences, that seems impossible, but it’s true. Can I underbid this guy and wait for time to pass, maybe someone else calls or something, this is simply not a contract worth of trouble. |

| It is a hard position, as I see, but don’t worry, it happens to every building company some time. Maybe the location where you have decided to build is simply not good enough, and it can be that you had got the one of those jobs refused by many companies, because they have seen what is going on there much before you’ve accepted the job... |
