Can settlement be better than bankruptcy?

| I had a firm for three years. Starting my own business was the worst decision I have made. I just lost three years of my life for nothing. I wasted money and my time as well. All I had left of this firm is a huge debt I have to pay. I am thinking about declaring bankruptcy. Can settlement be better than bankruptcy? |

| I think that settlement is better solution than bankruptcy. However I do not have much experience with this matter. But I really think you should talk with someone from debt settlement companies before making a decision about declaring bankruptcy. That way you will have all the information you need and you could bring your decision easier. |
