| Hello there everybody! My name is Eric and I would appreciate if you could give me some help about my mortgage. The thing is that I am struggling with its payback and I am afraid that I might loose my house. Can you give me some advice about what to do? Can short refinance save my house? Thank you. |

| Hello there Eric. I am sorry to hear about your troubles with mortgage. Sometimes it can be really hard to keep up with payments. I cannot tell you exactly what to do since I am not familiar with the details. It all depends on the size of your mortgage and how much there is left to pay. Short refinance can be of help but if you can make the payments in that case. If not, then some long term loan might be better. Anyway, try to make some calculations and see how much of repayment you can handle and then see what is better for you. That is all I can tell you about this.
