| Hello, folks! I would really be grateful if you could hell me. I would like to know something about separating equity schemes. My boyfriend and I are finally thinking of living together and we are also planning on some joint investments. I have heard at work that separating equity provides security in case of financial hardship which might be caused for instance by late mortgage payment. As I always like to be prepared in advance, it would be great to study that possibility. Thanks |

| Hi, there! I would strongly suggest this separating equity plan due to the fact that it is much safer and more liquid than other equity schemes. Even if you wanted to, you can’t choose the equity release plans since you are below the age level, I guess When my friends had an accident at home, and everything was ruined, the only thing which financially supported them was this separating equity. This just proves that even our property investments are not as strong as it is usually assumed. In addition to all this, the value of the principal will rise in this case. If I were you, I would definitely have everything separated since no one can guarantee what tomorrow brings! Good luck! |
