Can someone explain about maternity leave and redundancy?

| I heard about these situations for thousands times and it worries me much. Is it possible that so many girls are left without job when they leave their working place over pregnancy? My husband and I are planning to have a baby soon and we must keep our jobs because the baby is one great expense and we cannot risk. That is rather ironic, right? Instead of increasing our salaries, we get released! So who is going to get pregnant after this?! |

| As you probably know, there are measures for you to assure that you are going to keep your job after maternity leave passes. So, you should take care about that before you decide to get pregnant. On the other side, I realize that there are bosses which are not going to allow you to take these advantages, just because you are not a legal worker, that happens too. Ant that is the sad truth. |
