Can you acquire surplus when buying a company?

| In what relations stand company that is being bought and the surplus that this company is having? I was thinking that this is not going o be any kind of question that I will have some problems with, but I guess I was very much wrong and I have no idea what I am talking about and what to think. |

| People usually think that they know some thing but at the end it is not like that at all. The same thing is happening here with acquired surplus and buying company. As far an I know, and I will tell you straight ahead that I don’t know much bout all this, there is something that I have heard and this something goes as this. You are gaining everything that is in that company, except for acquired surplus. This is something that is not your unless you have that explicitly attached to your agreement as and annex or something of that sort. |
