Can you benefit from the real estate crash?

| I was wondering if it is possible to benefit from the real estate crush. I figured it out that if the market crashes than the prices are dropping so it’s a good opportunity to buy real estates, right? What do you think? Do I assume positively or it’s just my common guessing. |

| You might be right. Due to the economic situation and trends on the global market prices of real estates can drop once in a while depending on the area they are in. Then, people can invest in buying properties and later can benefit whether decide to resell or rent. So I can agree with you that real estate bubbles can be beneficial. |
