Common deposit required is often about 5 percent. But there are offers such is no deposit mortgage which are made for people in similar situation. Depending on an amount, you could get a no deposit mortgage but there are certain limitations that you find inconvenient. But if it's suitable there are benefits offered with this kind of a deal. There is possibility to arrange your payment, it doesn't have to be regular all the time. Overpayment and underpayment are allowed if they are agreed and there are benefits for movers to finance their moving. If you still don't want this deal then you should get a mortgage with a deposit. Since you don't have the money you have no other choice then getting a loan. It's possible of course, but be sure to take the suitable loan. Make sure that you can repay it and that you calculate what would be your outcome monthly. In my opinion you should do it if you think that you can manage your expenses, but I doubt that it would be that easy. It's another cost so in order to prevent difficulties consult with an expert.
