| It happened twice so far that my cheques have bounced and I was actually unfairly charged by my bank up to 40 pounds each time. And the worse is that those cheques has only been improperly bounced which was reconfirmed also few days afterwards but still I was being charged. So I am curious to hear if you can claim back unfair bank charges? |

| The best think you can do for claiming back your unfair bank charges is to go straight to the bank and have a talk with a person in charge. Anyway I suppose you would have to write some complaint letter claiming your money back explaining them how you have been unfairly charged. I also was unfairly charged and I remember when I was about to claim back my money I was advised to provide the bank also with all old statements related to a few months back. And if you havent kept these statements you may find them over the internet banking service opt. |
