| I am sorry to bother you again with a question, and that during the early morning of a weekend as well... Anyway, answer when you have time, and if you want to of course. I am trying to find out what the balance of payments means. Can you explain this to me? |

| Hi. The balance of payments is the flow of payments between any given country (government) and other countries. Think of things like import and export, debts, projects, anything. You could compare it to a company's balance sheet I guess, only on a national level (and much more complicated and lengthy). |
