If it does sounds incredible and difficult to believe in, than it must be. No bank in the world would give you a free interest mortgage without some kind of strap, or maybe if you are a member or have special ownership in company that lends money, you can have certain discounts. But in this situation if you take loan, mortgage from bank, buy a house, and if you try selling it, you will have to give up 40 of capital (profit) gained on the property, otherwise if the value of the house decrease, Adelaide bank will take 20 of capital loss. Youll have to provide 5 of deposit and the rest of the purchase price is funded by a standard mortgage. So, nothing in this world is for free, especially not money bank is lending to you.
