| My friend is in debts and he needs to get the money as soon as it is possible, you guess… he has poor credit rating and no money at all, I mean in cash. There is no person in the world that would help him now, and I can’t help him since I already have mortgage and my wife took a loan in bank, in order to start a family business. So, can he get a mortgage with poor credit rating? |

| I am sure that he can find a bank which will allow him a mortgage under some conditions that would be acceptable for both, him and the institution. My grandmother exchanged her flat for lifetime medical care and she is very satisfied with all that arrangement, I believe that your friend can do something similar, so that he can keep the house in his possession at least during his lifetime. |
