| I have opened an account with a bank several months ago. I have been late with some payments towards them, but I have been overdrawn for several hundred pounds. However, as it was with no reason, I would like to reclaim the money. Unfortunately, I am not sure if that is possible, so if anyone can give me any info, that would be great. |

| Opening an account with a new bank can sometimes lead to your confusion about just how much money you need to pay, or what are the deadlines. However, these are your mistakes, and a bank is not immune from its own errors. In this case, they took more money than it was required, so it is your right to get that money back. They should pose no problem to you. You only need to make a legitimate request, and have any kind of proof saying you got overdrawn. The whole procedure is also not too long, so you should get your money back in reasonable time. Best of luck. |
