| I have a contract with a bank lender about my mortgage but it is just that I have found out recently that I have been overcharged with any exit fees and now am considering switching my mortgage and am not having any idea how will I manage this remortgaging. I need some help on this especially regarding the possibility of getting some low mortgage rates so can you help me with remortgaging. |

| Well the only opt I know for is remortgaging with First Active they really do offer low start rates and keeping them that way up to the end of the foreseen mortgage period in case you have arranged a fix mortgage rate with them. Anyway I switched my mortgage at First Active and am about to paid off it by the end of the next year and this was 2 year mortgage rate and I was charged 699 pounds for the agreement fee and plus extra 30 pounds for transferring the money and there were no other fees. |
