| Hi. My boyfriend and I are going to move back to my home town this year. We will buy a bigger house there. The thing I am wondering about is whether we can leave the stuff we no longer need inside the house when selling. This would be very handy, as moving the more bulky stuff is not economically effective at all. What are your thoughts? |

| Well, sometime you can. But this is something you should agree with the buyer. For instance if you are talking about stuff like your washing machine and fridge, or cooker, I am pretty sure most people would love to get these with the house. That is of course, if they are still newish and of good quality. As for furniture, you should simply ask any buyers. But if they are not interested, why not sell it? That's not such a difficult task! |
