| Hi. I am one of the many people, I am sure, who are really very much fed up with the enormous and grossly unfair bank charges that my bank charges me. I thought they were only allowed to charge as much as it costs them to administer whatever it is that is going on in their account. Is there any way to reclaim the bank charges? What should I do? Thanks for your help, I certainly appreciate it! Let's do something about those charges! |

| Hello. Perhaps you can. There are many people who have successfully sued their banks in order to return bank charges. The matter has been in the news recently and more and more people are now becoming aware that bank charges are not always a fair business transaction. If you think you have a case, go and get yourself some legal advice. Who knows... Soon you might be on the road to winning from your bank in court! |
