| I was shocked when I found out that a person who bought an item from me is without permission misusing my listing and photos. He wants to sell that subject which he bought from me for a higher price. When I read his offer carefully, I was stunned. I saw that he copy my word by word. Can you use another seller's photos on eBay? What should I do? |

| Another buyer did it to me also. I was not worried about the fact that he wants to buy the item. He bought it so he could do with it what ever he wants. However, it really bothers me that he used my text and my photos exactly. This is totally violating eBay rules. I advise you to follow my steps. First, I contact the person by mail, explained him what the problem is and asked him to remove my text and photos. He did not want to do it. Therefore, I threat him that I am going to report him to eBay. He told me that he did not care and add that I cannot prove that. I was persistent and I failed complain to eBay. Because they have a copy of everything, it was not hard for them to find out that I am right. They told me that I should not worry and they will deal with him directly. Tomorrow his offer was putted away and I never saw him again on eBay. So I advise you to follow my steps to justice. |
