| Hello people. Can you give me some advice please? I went into business with a man I hardly knew at the time on the basis of advice given by a mutual friend. I really thought this was necessary at the time but now I see that my busines partner - much less than investing like we agreed, seems to be in it for the benefits only, and nothing else. Now I am thinking about trying to get rid of him. What do you think? |

| You should have thought a bit more carefully before going into business with such a person. But I guess you know that already. If he is the joint-owner of your company and there are no others, it will be quite hard to try and put him out of the company. Perhaps closing the whole operation down is better. Afterwards you can set up a company doing exactly the same thing, only he is not in it. |
