I am going to close a company. I know that I should mind there is nothing left in it of a value and possible destroyer of my wealth or reputation. How can I set the things and inform everyone so they consider it as a well behaving not just a plain or impossible demand when I wish to reduce the tax when taking the money from it and all the other things that should be done.

So you are asking about the tax. It can be set to be much lower. You can represent your wealth as a capital not money but there is a question whether they would take the whole amount and at some point they would tell this is not a capital but money it is so plain to be seen. So ask about this the tax collector himself.
