| I am going to close a company. I know that I should mind there is nothing left in it of a value and possible destroyer of my wealth or reputation. How can I set the things and inform everyone so they consider it as a well behaving not just a plain or impossible demand when I wish to reduce the tax when taking the money from it and all the other things that should be done. |

| So you are asking about the tax. It can be set to be much lower. You can represent your wealth as a capital not money but there is a question whether they would take the whole amount and at some point they would tell this is not a capital but money it is so plain to be seen. So ask about this the tax collector himself. |
