| If you were in a position to make some claims for debt towards yourself, did you decide to go for the common counts or not? I am standing in front of this choice right now and I don’t know what is the best thing to choose, should I use them or not and I would really use some advice just about now. |

| The best advice that I can give you at this moment is to go with the common counts. I don’t have much experience in trying to settle some debts, thank God, but I know that one time that I had to do something of this sort I used common courts and it was very fast and effective and I think that this is what matters the most in these situations. I also think that maybe I am not being all that clear now, but this is just because my lawyer was doing all the work for me and if you are inexperienced like I am, then you should involve a lawyer as well. |
