Hi, I have problems in understanding compiled certified financial statement. That is why I would be very grateful if you could explain this matter to me. I do not have much knowledge about accounting so I was wondering if anyone could explain this on simple words. Thank you all in advanced.
When you have a company you have to provide certain financial statements. These statements have to be correct and certified by an outside accountant. These statements are later review by CPA or certified public accountant. So potential investors van see a lot from these statements. Still this is not enough o get a right picture about your company.
