| I have several employees who were complaining how they are not really ready to do the job that I’ve told them to do. It is about presenting findings to the client, they claim to be bad with social parts of the job and I was wondering… since others told me how consultancy skills can help in presenting findings to the client, is it going to be helpful in this case? There are three of them and I would really like to keep them as my employees, but I’ll need them to be more active than they are right now. |

| I am pretty sure that all they need is strong will. There is nothing that consultancy skills can do for them unless they give some effort in order to improve their abilities with social skills. It is necessary nowadays in practically every job. You are going to do them a favor but who knows if they are going to remain beside you after that. |
