I can’t tell you how confused I am at this moment, they set me up to be some kind of manager there, maybe even a director, and I can’t handle this well. This firm is going down rapidly! Workers, like, think that I am going to change something, but I stare at cash flow statement and I can’t believe what am I looking at! Seems like no one has controlled the active fund management, and this firm actually was doing well for some short period, after it was found. Is there any obligation that someone in the company control fund management? What is it like in your company?

Oh, man, the same thing happened to me when I was a beginner, I ran away from that trap into a better future. I am a simple trader now and I am happy. Of course that managers should control active fund management, passive does not require a lot of supervision for you practically know everything at the beginning, but in this case someone was not doing his job properly!

I don’t think that’s what caused your firm to go down. Probably there are some unsolved issues or some people fought between each other, maybe they were even unable to establish the hierarchy or something similar….. It happens all the time. But, you should not jump to conclusions, that is all I’m saying. I know a lot of people who became something in a company that is not doing so well, so they took all the blame.

Yes, that is the main problem. Seems like someone wanted you to look like the responsible one, the incompetent one, so they set you as a director. Or, it may be that someone actually believes in your skills, but this is really hard to believe from the way I see it. Anyway, get out of there before it’s ruined completely! The ones who made the mess should come back and fix it, if it is fixable at all.
