| Hello to you all. My name is Patrick and I was wondering if you could give me some information about copyrighting the instruction manual? I am interested in whether that part of software for example, is also subject to copyrighting. One more thing; how serious misdemeanor is it? What can be the consequences? Thank you for the posts. |

| Hi there Patrick. I am not sure, but I think that instruction manual is also copyrighted, since it comes with software. It means that it cannot be distributed. However, I would suggest you to check this out somewhere. When it comes to your question about the consequences of copyright violation, I have to say that they are heavy. All over the world, copyright infringement is sanctioned, more or less. In some countries you are not allowed to bring pirated music, software etc. Legal sanctions go from fines which can be very large, to imprisonment. Well, that would be all from me.
