| Hi there people. My name is Barbara and I would appreciate if you could help me with something. The thing is that I put my house on sale a few weeks ago. Due to some unexpected events, I’ve changed my mind. Could I have problems with taking the house off the market? Thank you for your posts. |

| Hello to you too Barbara. I don’t know how much I can help you about your problem, but I can give it a try. I think that it all depends on whether you have any kind of contract with some potential buyer and/or real estate agent. If you’re selling the house with the help of some real estate firm, they might require some compensation. Simply, they were expecting a commission which now they won’t get. The same thing applies if you had some preliminary agreement with o buyer. If it’s not the case with you, then I don’t see why would you have any problems. That is my reasonable thinking. I hope you will work it out without any troubles. Take care! |
