Hi. I currently own one pub in London and I am thinking to expand by opening another. Only I am not so sure about the details. So the second pub have the same name and should it be clear that they are connected, or should I open something quite differently themed one? I am not at all sure. Could someone help me with the business expansion details?
You should get in some professional help on that one mate! I am sure that such decisions are awfully difficult. My intuition tells me that your own tried and tested concept of the pub you already run is safer to go with. But I am only an outsider who knows nothing about all the various details. Once again, speak to someone who does know... and of course GOOD LUCK WITH EVERYTHING.
