| I have recently found out that a lot of money has been unfairly charged by my bank. I have contacted with them so many times that I had to make a court threat the last time. I would like to know if anyone had similar problem and should I really take them to the court. Thanks in advance for any help. |

| Charges against banks are not all that rare, surprisingly. There are also a lot of banks that have done similar things and I can tell you that I have also had a need to make a court threat. However, that has not changed anything. More and more threats are now turning up into actual charges and it is very interesting to see if the banks will somehow manage to clear themselves of any responsibility. I sure hope so, although it is sad when a bank comes to such a position, to have the charges for the money charged from the client. Nevertheless, it is their fault, and I think you should not be lenient at all. Best of luck with the outcome! |
