| My wife was engaged in buying some stuff on Ebay last month. She gets so exited when she finds something that she wants and she never thinks that everything costs. Now, she received a letter from debt Collection Company threatening to sue her. I would gladly give her the money but I think that she should learn a lesson here and stop throwing our money away. I am only concerned about that letter, will they really sue her? The fact is that I’ll end up paying more money after all taxes from court. What should I do? |

| I think that it is better to wait for a while. Debt collectors rarely sue someone, maybe only for lots of money. This may be good opportunity for your wife to learn that lesson and you don’t want to keep paying her bills. You should really talk to her and ask her to pay more attention when making new debts, sometimes this could be very serious problem. I believe that she will come to her senses after this letter; it’s not something you can easily forget. If this situation remains the same, call debt Collection Company and try to negotiate reasonable period of time for your payment. |
