| Hello everyone. I have come back to you with another question relating to our Limited company. Someone recently mentioned the possibility of deferring the corporate tax or part thereof against reinvestment of profits. What can you tell me about this? How should that be implemented? And where is this available? |

| Some states do offer special programs to encourage investments. In this context, they may offer tax credits against new capital investments. You need to check this with your accountants and fiscalists. Please be aware that this means that the tax is only deferred and not waived. They will catch you again later but at least it gives you a better use of your current profits and the tax elements is free credit. |
