| Hello! I am in my second year of my degree. Recently I start to think about doing masters. I haven't got anybody around to advise me about that, so I try to find some answers here. Can anybody tell me the average cost of master? And also, I want to know is a master much harder than a degree? I would greatly appreciate any help. |

| As a master graduate I wouldn't generally recommend it for the person in your position. Master is not much harder than a regular degree but it tends to be much more concentrated. The work which should be done will be more crammed at the end of terms instead of an even distribution during the year. And you must also know that all employers always more value experience over qualifications. The masters are also very expensive. They are usually equally cost as a 3 year under graduate studding. Also you must be prepare that you wouldn't get any more help or student loan so you should finance it yourself. If you ask me, I would advise you to find a job first. And when you do, use it to get some experience. And when you also get a decent wage then go for masters. I did it like that end never regretted it. |
