| When I started living on my own, being adult enough for renting my own place, after graduation from university and finding an employment, has been the most difficult six months of my life, where I thought problems are just fading and will disappear as soon I adapt to new environment. But the real problems started when I was due to go for my first dental check up, and when I realizing that Im not on my parents insurance any more, so Ill have to take care of all dental costs and insurance myself with the company I started working for. Perhaps some help in discussing dental insurance will be most welcome. |

Dental insurance cannot compare to any other insurance that exist, its different in many ways, it breaks dental treatment into four categories: diagnostic (average dental cleanings, x-rays, examinations), basic services includes (single visits, fillings, root canal treatments, extractions, gum treatments and denture repairs), major (crowns, tooth replacement procedure, types of fillings) and non-covered services. Employer decides what kind of treatment will be covered by the companys cost, is that going to be very expensive treatments and procedures or the cheapest. For example there are riders that cover some bridgework, frequent visits and checkups, fillings, and other most basic dental procedures they can secure.
