| I need to hear some discussions regarding American Express just to make sure if I am the only one with who ever had problem with American Express Company. The thing is that I applied for American Express Platinum card and I received it but only 10 days after I was informed my card is blocked for they discovered some problems with my identity which is absolutely out of the question. |

| I also had the same sort of the problem just few weeks upon receiving my platinum American Express Card. Companys rep called me on the phone checking out why I am not at work and actually they have found out some unproven problems related to my office ID and I was asked to sent them all sorts of documentation involving also my home bills. All these was lasting longer then 3 weeks and finally when I thought everything is ok I was asked to fax all these documents to the bank but I had it enough up to this moment and I wanted to close my account but I was not allowed to do that they would do that themselves for closing the account is the American Express company right-imagine! |
