| Is it possible to dismiss a bankruptcy petition once you have made it? I never thought it is possible to do something like this and I never believed that things can change when you are so deep in a problem, but I guess I was wrong. Luckily for me I was wrong. Dismissing the bankruptcy petition procedure and if it is possible at all? |

| It is possible and this is something that has been happening since the day that bankruptcy was introduced to business system. When you want to do this you need to fill out some form and submit them to the bank with some proof that what you stated in those forms is based in a reality. This is why I think that you will be better off with going to the bank and telling them what your intentions are and in what way you would like to make them happen. This is the best way to make sure that you don’t do something that is not good, to make a mistake I mean. |
