Do Banks Hang on to Big Transfer Amounts?

| I am paid along with my partner 2 bank transfers per month and the thing is that this bigger one usually initiate few days later so I am now curious what is actually bank practice alike I mean –do banks hang on to big transfer amounts. Sometimes it takes 48h or even 24h extra for me to get that money regarding this bigger transfer so do you think they have that money but are keeping it for its own interest? |

| Yes I am sure that banks hang on to big transfer amounts –finally it is the way they function but as long as it is in reasonable time limits than I don’t think you could complain but on the other hand if it turns out that bank hangs on to your big transfer amounts for longer than 48 hours than I think you have a right on complaining over this. |
