| Hi. I have been unemployed for quite some time now and I am fed up with just sitting at home, being depressed about having no job and no money all the time and messing around of the world wide web all day long. As a temporary measure I thought I might as well go and sell hot dogs on the street. Would I need a license for this? |

| Yes. And this is actually quite complicated. I am an active member of a charity, and we often attend local fares and events with our stall, where we sell the charity's products and sometimes freshly cooked cakes as well. To be able to do so, you need a special certificate to say that the product you are offering has been/is being prepared in hygienic conditions and that there is no danger to public health! Contact you local council for details as to waht you need to do to obtain the licence. Good luck. |
