| Last month I inherited a property abroad. It was completely unexpected. For some time I did not know what to do. Finally I have decided to sell it. Do you know if I need an auctioneers licence to sell property abroad? Every advice or just comment on this matter will mean a lot to me. Thank you. |

| Hello, I think that depends from the country in which your property is. Different countries have different regulations. You should find a financial adviser there. That way you will know about the law, regulations and terms. He will explain to you all you have to do to sell your property. You will have most accurate information about it. |
