Do I need insurance for my business?

| I am in the process of opening my own small business, and making a check-list of everything that needs to be done. So now the question is if I need any insurance for my business and if so, what kind? Which companies are the best and can you give me any other advice around this. Your help is very much appreciated. |

Yes, of course you need insurance! What kind if a stupid question are you asking here? While I am at it I suppose I can tell you too, that the type of insurance you need depends on the type of business you have  ) First, you could get business property insurance protecting your office space from all kinds of losses. You might also need liability coverage and workers' compensation insurance. |
