| I have a question for other small business owners. Currently I have a small company of four employees (and a freelance accountant) and of course I do pay their NI Stamps, as well as having offered them access to a stakeholder pension scheme. But now I hear that you should offer your workers health insurance too. Is that right? |

| No. You are of course allowed to pay into private health care schemes for your employees, which is something that larger companies sometimes do. But at the same time though, you have absolutely no obligation to do this. Your employees should count themselves lucky if you do, but for such a small company I really think that this is unfeasible. |
