| Hello! I was gathering money with my family for a long time to buy a new house and we finally made it. I already have one house which I intend to sell in order to add up that money with our savings and to by a better house. My friends have told me that the best way to sell a house is over estate agents. I've looked for them but I realize that they are too expensive. If I give them as much as they want, the part of money which will be left for buying another house will be too small. Is it possible to negotiate fee with estate agents? |

| Estate agents are regularly into the top three professionals with smallest trust. Even so, millions of us use them to sell properties around the world every day. Of course, they are coming with mixed reputation. Every estate agent will tell you that he can easily sell your house. He will arrange everything, accurate sales details, deal personally with all viewings of the house, etc. Although they suppose to do all these things, they usually don’t. Judging by the many complaints each year people only experience poor marketing of their homes, burden of having to show their house to the viewers who are seeking for completely different type of home. If you decide to use an estate agent after all, it is important to understand the type of the contract that they offer to you. My advice would definitely be that you sell your house yourself and save a fortune. Their fees could leave a really big whole in your pockets after the sale. You have to ask yourself do you really need their help. You could save enough money to go on a holiday or even buy a car if you sell your house privately. |
