Do adopted children have inheritance rights?

| Hi, I was wondering if you could help me with my present situation. My parents are not my biological parents. They adopted me when I was two years old. I love them very much but the rest of their family do not like me much. Do you know do adopted children have inheritance rights? Thank you all. |

| Hello, I think adopted children have inheritance right. But I have to say that it is not my area of expertise so I could be wrong. It is important that you discuss these matters with professionals rather than with amateurs. That way you will know for sure what will happen. |
