Do developers include the cost of the stamp duty in a new property price?

| I have a question that I really need your help solving. It is concerning stamp duty. To be more accurate I would like to know if developers include the costs of the stamp duty in a new property price. I have some business ideas and this question is really giving me trouble. Can you help me solve it? |

| This is not exactly my area of expertise but to my knowledge developers sometimes includes the cost of the stamp duty in a new property price. I presume you are thinking about buying a house. If that is the case, you should know that this is tax payable if the value of the house is more then 60000 pounds. |
