I have a question that I really need your help solving. It is concerning stamp duty. To be more accurate I would like to know if developers include the costs of the stamp duty in a new property price. I have some business ideas and this question is really giving me trouble. Can you help me solve it?

This is not exactly my area of expertise but to my knowledge developers sometimes includes the cost of the stamp duty in a new property price. I presume you are thinking about buying a house. If that is the case, you should know that this is tax payable if the value of the house is more then 60000 pounds.
