| I have a student loan. The end of my studies is now in sight and you might guess it. I am starting to panic about my student loan. To be more precise, I am worried about how on earth I am going to pay this off. Will I be repaying my debt until I retire? Do student loand get paid out eventually? Please send me some nice words and consolations... |

| Hi. I know exactly how you feel. But there is no need for panic. Having a student loan is a normal and acceptable consequence of having been to university. You will pay it off when you will. My advice is to put any extra money you might get your hands on towards paying off your student debt. You can do this whenever you see fit. There is no need to think you should stick only to the monthly repayments if you are able to pay more. |
