Hi. I am a person who wants to buy a house and I am hoping you can help me. I have a good job at the moment with a stable salary. But I have not saved up for a deposit on the house. Now I am hoping that there are such mortgages that don't need a deposit. I think it is quite acceptable that the charges would then be higher. Does this exist?
I am sorry to say I have never heard about such a mortgage like the one you are talking about. You need to make a down payment of 10 per cent of the value of the house before you are able to get even considered for a mortgage. Why don't you ask you parents/boyfriend/girlfriend/husband/dog or friend to help you out with the deposit? Or you could get a loan.
