| I have an account with the same bank for two years and I didn't have any complaints till yesterday. Yesterday, when I went to the bank I was badly surprised. I had 600 pounds less on my account then I expected. When I asked the bank officials what happened they told me that they moved the money to cover some extra charges. I was surprised why they didn't notify me that they would do something like that. Do you get notice of bank charges? |

| Yes, you should be notified about the bank charges. The bank always does that to avoid any possibility that you could have to complain. You should ask them did they do that. If they didn't you ask to speak with the manager and let him explain why so is. But if they did as I think you probably will get your notification from the bank in a few days. If you still don't get your notification then it must be a problem with the post. You must go in the post and ask them what happens. But if the bank charges you right then I don't think you should waist your time for that. I understand that you must be badly surprised bat try to focus on something else and you should feel better. |
