I have been in a small business and I expected to get a pretty good profit from it. However, my small business isn't doing well. If anyone could help by telling me do you have a problem with lack of consumer confidence, that would be great. Thanks in advance. It means a lot to me.

| Businesses have not been going well for quite some time now. In fact, all this year has been pretty turbulent for business owners. Some have lost confidence from their customers. Hopefully, things will change, but I can tell you from my own experience that the first step should be lowering your prices and more advertising could be a way out. Namely, if your customers, especially best customers leave you, returning them can be difficult. That is why you have to be highly creative and look at new ways to organize your business around new services. Perhaps introducing online possibilities (if you haven't already) could work for you. Best of luck. |
