Howdy, guys. I have a second property. I have bought it recently. For now, I am not making profits on that. I have more losses than profit. The thing that I would like to know is whether I pay taxes even if I have rental losses. I would appreciate your advices. Bye!

Hello. Well, usually at the beginning of property renting, it doesn’t bring incomes. It is quite normal, so don’t worry. Some people have come up to a great idea. They have more properties. Income from one they transfer to loss of another. At least I think they do like that. Still, I am not an economist. I hope you will manage. Good luck!
